Dr. Jean Betkowski, DVM, DACVIM-Cardiology Dr. Jean Betkowski received her DVM degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1991. After completing a Small Animal internship at the Animal Medical Center in New York, she worked in private practice in a small animal hospital in Connecticut for two years. Dr. Betkowski then went on to complete a residency in cardiology at Tufts University. She is a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine with a special interest in Cardiology. Dr. Betkowski has been an Assistant Clinical Professor at Tufts University since 1999.
